Brief 11: YCN Topdeck - Preparing App Animation

I wanted to create an animation for the app to show the functionality of it in a clearer way.

Running Order
I created a running order of the animation so I knew how long it would take me to do and what I would need to save for it
  • Logo fades in
  • 'The Website' text in Rockwell comes on
  • Destination page in iphone appears
  • Scroll down to North America
  • Tap gesture
  • Swipe gesture onto Explore page
  • Tap x2 on two icons which go darker
  • Tap on Inspire Me
  • Results page appears
  • Swiping gesture x2, two more results appear
  • Swipe up, trips list comes up
  • Swipe on top trip
  • Trip overview comes through
  • Swipe onto itinerary and prices
  • Slogan appears
  • Logo appears
  • End

Prepping Images
After I had written out the order and actions I wanted my app to have, I needed to save individual elements of the app in order to create the animation in after effects. Since I was importing them into After Effects, I was saving them as a PNG. It is better to do this before I started animating so I wasn't interrupting my flow when I started to do that part.

These are all the separate files I needed for the animation
