Brief 4: Sun & Moon - Printed Collateral

I started creating the printed collateral:

  • Invoice/Returns Label
  • Business Card
  • Thank you card
  • Letterhead
Letterhead
I kept the letterhead simple, and want to keep it consistent with the invoice

Invoice/Returns
I kept the invoice simple, so that the client can just print it off and add their own content in by hand (I've included a text example for now to show the client how it would work).
I just need to add the returns label underneath. I have started by creating a scissors mark and dotted line so the customer knows where to cut

Business Card
Here is the development of the business cards.

I tried versions with the name of the owner on them

I think the small caps looks a bit harsh

I tried adding a line as there is one on the tag design but I think it looks unbalanced. I also tried the name in title case which I think works better

I tried the copy central to match the logo

Then I tried it without the name - as there are two of them, it would be cheaper to only have one version.
I also think that it looks better without the name

I adjusted the leading and made the copy bigger which looks more legible

I also tried it left-aligned - I think both of these options work, and it's up to the client on what they prefer now

Thank you card
The idea is to have the logo on one side, and then leave the other side blank for the client to  write a personalised thank you note

Mock Ups
I started to mock up the business cards to send to the client, using the pattern that I designed.

I prefer this version with the smaller version of the pattern in a more consistent layout

Stickers
We are going to have stickers on the postage bags as well, which I sized according to the bag (280x370mm). It will have the logo on, and a space to write the address on it too
