Brief 12: Yearbook - Presentation

Today me and Jordan thought about the contents on the presentation. We agreed on what needed to be included, and made sure that we didn't miss anything out.
We made further decisions today about colour, typefaces and the cover design so that we felt we had covered absolutely everything. We really really want to win this pitch, so we have done everything we can to make sure we can answer any questions and show that we are prepared and have thought of a well rounded concept and idea.

I had written down in my initial notes to include:

  • Concept/Theme
    Stock - gf smith
    Binding
    Class Photo
    Finishing Techniques
    Key
    Illustration - eg
    Layout - eg
    Categorisation? Exhibitions..
    Tab - eg
    Look and Feel
Range - Social media, exhibition, branding, ebook/website? - show instagram

Since Jordan had done the Ian Anderson workshop on presentations and felt confident in creating a successful one, he took on the task.

We wanted to include possible layout ideas to visually show what we mean by the variation so I created these. Here is my development on InDesign.

Since Jordan had created illustrations for the presentation, I converted these into the style he was working in to make it consistent,

Jordan used these in the presentation, and having what he has done I am very confident that we have a very good chance of winning the pitch. We just have to wait for the presentations now!
