We didn't win the pitch and I made notes on why:
- It could have been a good idea
- Missed the boat with it
- Should have been an underlying/subtle theme, but was too literal
- Implied implications from prospective students
I understood what he meant from this, and with hindsight I see how it could have worked better as an underlying theme rather than being so literal. However, I still like the angle that we went with and it was good to do a quick brief and just give it a go. I also think that I never think of concepts like that, and it was good to explore that further. I didn't expect that we would win at all, so I am not disappointed by the result and I am glad we took part in the brief.
